Welcome to Resmake LLC (owned by Brando Tech LLC). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Overview of Service

Resmake is a platform designed to help users aggregate their professional experience, generate PDF resumes, and host web-based portfolios on custom subdomains.

2. Account Registration

To use most features, you must register for an account. Keep your password secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the data, text, and documents you input into Resmake ("User Content").
• License to Us: By publishing a portfolio, you grant Resmake a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content exactly as you configured it on our platform.
• Resmake IP: The templates, software, designs, algorithms, and interface of Resmake are owned by Resmake. You may not copy or reverse-engineer our platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Resmake to:

• Host or distribute malicious software, phishing pages, or spam.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
• Attempt to break or bypass any security features of the platform.

We reserve the right to unpublish subdomains or terminate accounts immediately without notice if we detect a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or missed job opportunities resulting from service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESMAKE AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.
